About EDEN
The mission of EDEN is to provide housing solutions to people facing the challenges of housing insecurities and homelessness. We employ more than 160+ staff and serve more than 3,000 residents. The Agency, its partners, and subsidiaries operate approximately 1,000 units of rental housing; and, through its Housing Choice Voucher Program, EDEN funds housing assistance for the rental of more than 2,000 units of privately owned housing.

About the RFP Process
EDEN is in need of the following services/products, and we are endeavoring to ensure that all qualified vendors receive fair consideration. Unsolicited vendors are welcome to respond by the posted deadline. Responses sent after the deadline will not be considered.

Active Requests for Proposal
Project: Snow Removal Services for Multiple Locations
Objective: EDEN is seeking written proposals for professional snow removal and ice removal services to be carried out by trained service technician(s) pursuant to the scope of work attached to this request as Attachment A for the enumerated properties it owns and/or manages throughout Northeast Ohio.
EDEN is contemplating the award of multiple professional service contracts for the winter 2023–2024 season. The contract will be in a form to-be-provided by EDEN, attached to this request as Attachment B. Contract term is anticipated to commence as of November 6, 2023, through April 3, 2024.
EDEN will evaluate proposals based on demonstrated qualifications, proposed method to achieve the scope of work, and proposed costs. EDEN may choose to award one or more contracts, or to award no contracts, based on its review of the responses to this request. Proposed contractors may submit proposals for any selection of the properties listed in the scope of work, or all properties listed in the scope of work, provided that the contractor can demonstrate through its proposal its ability to manage that workload and complete all required work described in the scope of work.

- A brief background of your company, its qualifications and capacity to perform the work, after-sales technical support policy (if appropriate), evidence of diversity/inclusion in the workforce, and other information important to fulfilling the RFP objectives.
- Complete description of how you will you meet the RFP objectives.
- The timeframe of the project, including completion date (if appropriate).
- Satisfaction guaranteed policy.
- Other information that you feel is important to our decision-making.
- Name, title, organization, phone, and email of 3 recent references.
- Total cost of meeting the RFP objectives.
- Cost breakdown (if appropriate) and/or milestone payment information (e.g, 40% upon acceptance, 50% upon delivery, 10% 30 days after end of project and assurance that deliverables met the objectives).
