Join Our Housing Provider Focus Group!
Participating in the housing provider focus group will give you the opportunity to voice your concerns, present questions, and get answers when working with subsidy tenants. This will help us to identify how we can improve services for both you and tenant. This is your chance to tell us what you think would be most useful.
Who should participate:
- Property owners & property managers.
- Those thinking about renting a home to a subsidy holder.
Information sharing:
- Learn about funding available.
- Learn about the inspection process.
- Improving communications.
- Evaluating how the program has impacted you or the community.
- What do you see as the strengths of the housing program?
- What challenges have you encountered in participating with the program?
- What improvements would recommend?
- What suggestions do you have for the Housing Provider eNews?.
In this inaugural housing provider focus group, we are looking for 5 to 10 participants. The group will meet sometime in the fall. Rest assured we will have other focus groups in the future.

Join Us for EDEN's HOMECOMING 2023
We are grateful for all housing providers who offer units to participants of EDEN’s programs. As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, EDEN fundraises to help ensure consistent operations and to provide services to our participants and housing providers. While EDEN does administer federal and other funds, those funds do not cover all of the costs or roles that we need to have in place for our participants and housing providers. You are invited to sponsor or attend HOMECOMING 2023. We appreciate your partnership and hope to see you on September 30th!
EDEN’s mission is to provide housing solutions to people facing the challenges of housing insecurities and homelessness. In 2022, we served 4,981 households (8,421 individuals) with permanent supportive housing, rental assistance, homeless prevention services and more. This is definitely a cause worthy of your support!
On September 30th at St. Ignatius High School, we will host EDEN's HOMECOMING 2023 ... a fun-filled night of great food, exuberant dancing, valuable prizes, and a passionate celebration of progress. We expect more than 300 community leaders, stakeholders, and EDEN supporters to attend.
HOMECOMING 2023 is our major fundraiser and all proceeds will benefit our housing programs and operations. We need your help in promoting this event!!
Here are 5 simple ways you can help!
