About the Program

EDEN owns and manages this HUD 811 Development located on Franklin Blvd in Cleveland, Ohio. The property has 10 units, two of which are currently vacant. EDEN will be accepting applications for 1-bedroom units that are vacant and for the waiting list. Eligibility is as follows:

• At least one person in the household must be 18 years old or older.
• The head of household must have a severe and persistent mental illness.
• Household income must be under HUD’s very-low income guidelines.
• Minimum of one person per unit and maximum of 2 persons per unit
• Preference will be given to applicants linked to contract agencies of ADAMHS Board 

Screening criteria will include:

• Criminal History
• EIV Existing Tenant Search

The tenant’s portion of rent/utilities is based on 30% of their adjusted monthly income. A completed pre-application and disability verification form will be required as part of the initial application.

EDEN will start accepting applications effective January 9, 2024. All applications must be received by January 11, 2024 @ 5pm. Any application received after January 11, 2024 @ 5pm will be declined.
