EDEN currently employs more than 170 staff members who bring together their skills, qualifications, and passion to deliver our mission. Our staff hold a wealth of education and experience in such varied areas as social work, property management, housing inspections, compliance, asset management, fund development, communications, business, finance, human resources, property development, facilities maintenance, and information technology. It is both a tremendous blessing and a great challenge to bridge these vastly differing areas of knowledge, and to work together to combine our expertise and efforts as one unified organization dedicated to serving those combating homelessness.

Standard Benefits
For medical premiums, EDEN pays up to 82% of the total premiums for employees. For the other remaining coverage (dental, vision, life, LTD), EDEN pays 50% and the employee pays 50%.
