The mission of EDEN is to provide housing solutions to people facing the challenges of housing insecurities and homelessness. We employ more than 160+ staff and serve more than 3,000 residents. The Agency, its partners, and subsidiaries operate approximately 1,000 units of rental housing; and, through its Housing Choice Voucher Program, EDEN funds housing assistance for the rental of more than 2,000 units of privately owned housing.

Objective: FrontLine Service and EDEN, Inc are jointly seeking to identify qualified organizations that will act as subrecipients on HUD CoC grants and potentially other funding sources to provide supportive services directly to people residing in Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) buildings and support them in maintaining their housing. All residents experienced homelessness prior to residing in the PSH and are persons with disabilities, primarily, though not exclusively, behavioral health disorders, including mental health and substance use disorders. This will include the provision of housing stability case management, behavioral health services, life skills and employment services..
