Only one unit per application will be considered. If you have multiple units eligible for rebate, sumit an application for each one.
Documentation to support the incurred expense(s) must accompany this application. Provide what you have; EDEN will ask for any additional information or clarification once we review. NOTE: the only reimbursable costs are for general maintenance and basic repairs. No major repairs, replacement or rehabilitation is eligible for reimbursement. EDEN will work with you once we review your initial documentation submission.
